Commercial Kitchen Plumbing Checklist
Before the visit
- Note which fixtures are slow, backing up, or leaking
- Clear access to floor drains, cleanouts, water heaters, and the grease-related lines you can safely reach
- Share gate codes, dock hours, and manager contact
- Describe whether the kitchen must stay open during service
Issues kitchens see often
Grease and food solids in floor drains, high-use restroom fixtures, commercial water heaters, and backflow assemblies on the water supply. None of those should be diagnosed from a checklist alone. The list is so the visit starts with the right access and details.
After hours
We are open 24/7. If a backup is putting the kitchen out of service, call (703) 703-7855. For planned work, use the commercial request form on commercial plumbing.
